Before the war... there was love.
Before the war... there was peace.
Before the war... nothing was the same.
Electus, the Savior of Tatsu Sekai. Before the war, he was a child like any other, and like any child, he had to be raised. This is the story of his parents, their love, and their struggles.
Yorek - a 12-year Wind Dragonling near at the cusp of being declared the age to leave his abusive home in which his treated him as nothing more than a slave for labor.
Radiata - The most beautiful young dragoness in their village and the youngest Oligarch in their world.
Although seemingly a mismatched pair due to appearances, the two hold an incredibly close bond. After an situation that nearly costs Radiata her innocence and causes Yorek to commit an act he regrets profusely, the two decide to become one.
Even after mateship, however, there is still the matter of Yorek's near-incurable trauma from years of abuse and his immense lack of confidence.
A man watches from the center of the world.
A man who has decided to help the two.
A man who has been in isolation for many years.
A man who is more than what anyone thinks he is.
This is a story of friendship, trust and two lovers' journey into adulthood and parenthood.
This is the story that came before Electus's training, adventures, heroism and crowning.
This is the story of the Temperance Councilor Radiata, her friends and her mate.
Note that this story is above high-school level and geared towards audiences between young adult and teen. It will also have many dark, unorthodox and controversial topics, swearing, sexual/dirty humor, sex (very not-descriptive), etc.
